memory infrastructure for ai builders

Memra gives AI coding tools -- Claude Code, Cursor, Zed, and any MCP-compatible agent -- persistent, searchable memory. Local-first by default, cloud-synced when you need it, privacy-first from day one.

01

eu data residency

All data stored in EU data centers in Finland. Your memories never leave the EU.

02

privacy-first

Full deletion cascade, data export, audit logging, and PII masking. Privacy isn't a feature -- it's the foundation.

03

open standards

REST API, MCP protocol, OpenAPI spec, CLI tools. No vendor lock-in. Run locally or in the cloud. Export everything with one command.

the story

Built by a developer who got tired of repeating the same context to Claude Code every session. Every AI memory product on the market is US-hosted, enterprise-priced, and focused on customer service bots. None of them serve the AI builder ecosystem.

AI builders need something different. Local-first privacy for sensitive code context. Cloud sync for team knowledge sharing. Real data privacy built into every layer. And SDKs in the languages developers actually use -- PHP, Python, TypeScript.

Memra exists to fill that gap. A clean REST API, a local MCP server, and a CLI that works offline. Self-hosted in Finland, built for developers who ship with AI.
